The black lady at 10:00 am today 8/8/2026 never said hi, yet we were only ones in there. The nice black guy around the corner did say hello, and I told him hope he had a nice day, he said the same. Very kind. The place is under for diesel so a big cluster. We did tell the lady hope she had a nice day and thank you, even though we did self checkout, because she looked as if she avoided the register. I hope Flying J sees that customer service matters and to ALL people!!

It takes employees, who are willing to go above and beyond for me to review. Due to construction the parking lot is a mess. Which makes semi parking miserable. The signs are on fence for "prime" parking. It's impossible to know which are free. I decided to ask if the whole lot was paid parking. Michele, took the time to show me the free spots. She was professional and friendly. Really nice meeting employees willing go that extra mile. After visiting many Flying J's, not all employees are in the profession they belong in. Michele mentioned once construction is done the "prime" will be better marked. Finding the free spots will be easily recognized. Candice was cashier, also very friendly and kind. This is why I gave 5 stars. Construction was going to make it a 3. At this time, with all the fencing there could have more free parking since construction taking up many spots. Parking security came after 9, waking drivers up. Even though we already paid. They didnt take the time to make sure before knocking. We were not the only one who paid and got a knock. That's annoying! We paid thru app. The other driver beside us had receipt but not in his window, until after he was woken up. Driv

Your employees at the repair shop don't seem to want to work. I suppose that’s none of my business, but they are required to treat me well; they are genuinely very rude.

The store was clean and well stocked, the staff was very friendly and professional. 🚻 The drivers restroom was clean and appeared to be well maintained. 🍔 The food was the usual PFJ fare with soup and there's a Denny's inside as well. 🅿️ The truck parking lot is a good size and has some room for backing into spots. The drivers lounge is a good size and very clean.

I seen some bad reviews for this location, but decided to try it out myself and can't believe these reviews on here 🤦‍♀️ this is one of the better Flying J's I've been to. The shower was small, but there was great water pressure and there was plenty of hot water, the employees were very friendly and helpful, I asked for an extra set of towels and the employee didn't hesitate to help me out with manners, I had an offer on my Flying J/Pilot app for buy a 16oz. Monster (any flavor) and get one 16oz. Monster (any flavor) for $1, I saved this offer on my app but every time I tried to use it with my card it wouldn't go through, needless to say, I tried it again (it expires today) and Willie was so patient and got another employee to help is figure out why it wasn't working, and she couldn't figure it out either but was sure that I received the offer. Oh, and the spicy wings were on key!
